Mr. Baker is an excellent attorney. He tries to make you as comfortable as possible with your own situation and get you a great deal with the court. I’m glad I didn’t go to anyone else.

I was hired on to do chair massages and Laura and her staff are awesome!

Laura mediated for my ex and I when we were modifying our parenting agreement. I found her to be very personable and down to Earth. She made mediation easy and comfortable while getting us both a fair and satisfying outcome.

My 1st visit to The Baker Law firm was 1/7/2022. I was meeting Ms. Ruth Bailey for the 1st time. I had been asked to be her Death Doula and Family Advocate as she deals with the death of her some Robert Bailey. I've had the pleasure to escort Ms. Bailey every week since. From the moment I step foot into the law firm, it was a welcoming environment IN SPITE OF the reason behind what brought me their. I was speak from an bird's eye view, since I am not a client. However they way Lance, Tabitha and Harvey have treated Ms. Bailey during this time has been very professional. The staff all together have been showing empathy and very aware of the sensitivity of the case surrounding Robert.

Never got to actually talk to Mr.Baker, but his assistant is absolutely no help. I got referred to the Baker law firm by another lawyer/attorney that couldn’t help. I called and waited to speak to Mr.Baker for 3 days. Every time I called she just kept telling he’d be back within a few hours and he’ll give me a call. Called the last morning and I asked if Mr.Baker ever made it in and she replied with, “yes, but he’s busy right now.” At this point I was aggravated. I explained that I understood he was busy and it’s not his fault, but ive been waiting for 3 days with not much time for games that I wish she would have mention he maybe didn’t have time instead of giving me the run around for 3 days for nothing. Then hung up on me after I expressed being a little aggravated.

Got a speeding ticket while in Tennessee for a wedding. Called Baker, Lance went to the court date for me and had it dismissed. Very smooth process the entire way through so couldn't have been happier. Was only hoping to have the ticket reduced so a dismissal was a great outcome.

New to me at this time

Everyone I interacted with was professional. There was an answer to all my questions. Very thorough and kept open communication through the entire process. Made sure there weren’t any surprises. Happy to have Baker Law Firm in my corner. Don’t plan on giving them a call, but if need be they will be my first.

I was recently issued a first-time speeding ticket. I didn't want that on my record, and I had a court date which I needed to attend. Because I am a college student who is also working part-time, I realized this would be a problem. Lance Baker took care of everything and was able to completely dismiss the ticket. Tabbatha, his administrative assistant, is also quite knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in communicating with me. Overall, I'm really impressed.

Lance Baker goes above and beyond. He stands by what he says, tells you honestly what he can do and what he anticipates the end result to be. If you want the best, he is the best. You get what you pay for.
