Wonderfully happy with my representation from Burks and Ogle. Beyond being an incredibly knowledgeable lawyer, Mr. Ogle is a respectful and relatable person that will work with you to get the best outcome that he can deliver. I was incredibly nervous walking into his office the first time, but his calm demeanor and knowledge of the law made me feel much more comfortable, all while conveying the seriousness of the situation and outlying all of the possibilities of the case and the path that laid before me. We ended up reaching a very favorable outcome in my case, and I am thrilled with the representation I received.

I’m pretty sure this is the only review I’ve ever taken the time to submit. But after my experience with Mr Ogle and his team, I feel it necessary. I came to Mr Ogle with very little fight for justice left in me. It was 7:30 on a week night, and I had just finished another attorney search online that I had told myself was the last attempt at finding help. Not 10 minutes later my phone rings with Mr Ogle on the other end. He gave me the first inkling of hope in my year long journey at that point. From the very beginning. And any time I needed him, he was just a call or text away. He fought for me like no lawyer I had up to that point. And although I found it difficult to fully trust any attorney by that time, he fully surpassed all my expectations in trial. Saying he left me speechless with his flawless litigation is an understatement, and achieving the results I had been fighting for all along meant more than I could verbalize. I will never recommend another attorney aside from Mr Ogle to anyone. In my opinion there is no lawyer comparable to Nate in East TN, and even more so I consider him a friend.

Beyond pleased and worth every penny. I can not express in words how truly grateful I am for Mr. Nate Ogle. On one of the worst days of my life, I was a mess of nerves, blubbering idiot and no idea what to do. I needed a lawyer. When I called the office of Burks & Ogle on a late Friday afternoon and described my situation I was immediately connected with Mr. Ogle. He listened to me and was very compassionate, his knowledge of the law and calm reassurances got me through the difficult weekend. But the minute we entered the court room he was all business, professional, confident and knowledgeable. He adapted to every situation and motion without hesitation. My family received the outcome I hoped for but never expected. His price was very fair for his excellence in his profession. I highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again ( but hopefully will never need to).

I absolutely recommend Burks & Ogle for legal representation. My experience with them this year has been very good. Mr.Jacob Feuer (Foy-er) is amazing. In times I needed advice, he had the answers. The receptionist at Baker law firm she is unprofessional she probably needs to go retire like Joe Biden! How much you want me to tell you about the case! We only handle certain kind of cases will let me talk to a lawyer you're not an attorney you're a legal secretary with no legal experience! Beware if you are a person of color do not use this law firm! I said it and you can't do anything about it the damage will be done

A ticket I received turned out to be a Class A misdemeanor. Couldn't just pay a fine, had to appear in court. After looking up Class A misdemeanor it appeared more serious than a standard ticket, so I chose to seek legal advice. I called the Baker law firm and Mr Baker himself returned my call. I was set up with a meeting the next day and related what had happened. He felt quite certain he could get the case dismissed, possibly without a court appearance, and if that wasn't possible a short appearance in court and court costs, and the problem would be solved. Within a few hours his secretary called and informed me he had negotiated the dismissal. I did have to appear in court the next day but that went smoothly in less than a half hour. I felt like he and his staff truly cared about my problem. I give the Baker Law firm my highest recommendation. Lynn Coleman
