I honestly don’t know where to even begin about explaining the total heartbreak & fear that consumed me when I contacted Lance, I was dealing with something I never imagined I would ever go through & I honestly wasn’t handling the situation well and to say Lance had to listen to me whine & cry on more than one occasion is an understatement & no matter how I was feeling or how extra I may have been at times Lance was always amazing, not only did he do more than I ever expected anyone would be able to do for the situation I was in but he was always very professional & very kind. It’s going on two years now & still no matter what I may call or email about he is always right there, responding & explaining what all my best options are just like he did from the first day I met him in his office. I never had to wait very long for Lance to respond regardless of what I was asking, regardless of how busy he was or how small my concern may or may not have been he always acknowledged me. My useless attorney hired Mr. Bunstine as a mediator on a post-divorce custody case. At $275 per hour for his services and my attorney's $350 per hour, you would think their focus was the case at hand; instead, they were discussing Tennessee basketball on my dime. Very unprofessional, and I will hate to know how he treats his clients.
