My Father created his Will and performed his Estate Planning with Edwin. I met Edwin after my father passed away and continued to work with him until the final Estate Closing. Edwin was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. He simplified things and did a great job explaining and guiding through each step of the process. I am very grateful for his help and would certainly recommend him to anyone needing Estate Planning services.

I recommend Ed Anderson without hesitation. Our family started my daughter’s disability case before Covid 19. Due to long delays and denials, we sought the assistance of Mr. Anderson. He immediately lifted our stress. Mr. Anderson filed the appropriate paperwork quickly and answered our phone calls, emails, and requests sooner than any other attorney we have dealt with previously. My son Was approved for Child disability back in 2008 due to medical issues we Applied for Adult disability in 2020 thinking since he was already on disability it would Not be to hard, well after denials & appeals we was on our Last Appeal so we decided we Needed an attorney, Ed Anderson was more than willing to take on his case after a lot of research Hard work & late hours on his case we had his virtual court hearing for his Final Appeal the Judge made his decision that he was Disabled we received the Official letter this week in writing. Ed is truly a considerate attorney, never making me feel uncomfortable about my diseases. Ed’s presentation of my medical and work documents were exceptionally well structured. I had been trying to get approved for disability for almost three years. Mr Anderson took my case found the issues in why I was getting denied. We went to the judge and I was approved. He will be very upfront with you regarding your case and if he thinks he can win he will do his very best.

After being turned down by SS department, we hired Mr. Anderson. He went through my husband's medical records and work history with a fine tooth comb. After a review he sent letters to the physicians to complete their medical opinion of his health asking specific questions that will be necessary once the court day arrived. Prior to our day in court, Mr. Anderson sat down with us and went over all the typical questions that would come up based on his experience appearing before the judge in the past. He gave my husband great guidance on how to word his answers so that there we NO vague answers: (instead of sometimes, give a specific number, instead of not far, give a length, etc.). Just prior to the trial date, he sent a letter to the judge outlining the events and medical history leading up to the request for disability. He outlined all the TCA codes which applied and an alternative one that should be considered in the event that any of the one presented were not considered as approved. I would recommend him with no reservation at all to help with anyone's social security request. It was just a couple of months after the court date that my husband started receiving his disability checks.

I’m writing this review in much appreciation of Ed Anderson and how my case was handled and won. Nearly two years ago I hired Ken Miller and his staff to assist me with my Social Security Disability claim. After two denials and a year and a half into my claims process, I received a letter from Ed stating he was now the attorney in charge of my case. To say I was hesitant, and quite honestly, disappointed that Ken would no longer be representing me is an understatement. I called the office with my concerns and was told Ed was very experienced and had a great track record. Later that day I received a phone call from Ed and my mind and concerns were quickly eased. Ed did an excellent job preparing for my hearing and getting me prepared as well. Ed was professional in every way, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, upfront and honest about my claim and he promptly returned any phone calls I made to him. I had hundreds and hundreds of pages of medical records and he came ready to present my case to the judge. Ed was instrumental in me being awarded my SSD.
