“I honestly don't know where to even begin about explaining the total heartbreak & fear that consumed me when I contacted Lance, I was dealing with something I never imagined I would ever go through & I honestly wasn't handling the situation well and to say Lance had to listen to me whine & cry on more than one occasion is an understatement & no matter how I was feeling or how extra I may have been at times Lance was always amazing.”
