Unsatisfactory customer service from certain staff members
“My useless attorney hired Mr. Bunstine as a mediator on a post-divorce custody case. At $275 per hour for his services and my attorney's $350 per hour, you would think their focus was the case at hand; instead, they were discussing Tennessee basketball on my dime. Very unprofessional, and I will hate to know how he treats his clients.”
