Joe is a great lawyer. He was referred to me by a friend (who he also helped out of a jam) and I couldn't be more pleased. He's intelligent, well-versed in the law, and makes you feel comfortable in a court setting. He also could have charged me twice as much as he did, but he was honest and let me know that the case wouldn't be as much work as he thought. My experience with Joe and his office was wonderful. Joe is not only professional, but he is also very personable and easy to talk to. Best of all, he is effective. Before I consulted Joe, I didn't think that I could afford a good attorney, as I graduated only recently from the University of Tennessee, and have just begun my career. So I first consulted a free court-appointed public defender. The public defender's best advice was to take a plea bargain, despite the fact that I was innocent. I was very disheartened by this, as I dreaded the thought of having something on my record. I almost took the public defender's advice, but I finally decided to get a second opinion. I called Joe's office. In seconds, he was on the phone, and within minutes of talking to me, he reassured me that I had a case. Joe's fee was very reasonable, and he only asked for a small part of the fee up front. I agreed to pay that amount. A couple days later, I called him back to ask if I could pay even less up front, as my budget was tight. He readily agreed. Joe won my case, getting it completely dismissed very early in the legal process. I spent very little time in court, paid no court costs, and breathed a huge sigh of relief, knowing that my criminal record would stay clean. It turned out that I was able to afford a very good lawyer after all. Many thanks to Joe and his friendly staff!

Joe was my attorney when I was in a car accident. I was hit in the front and it broke my ankle and banged me up some. I had known him as my daughters attorney so I didn't know he could do car accidents as well. But he DID ! He was AWESOME! I very unsure how to handle any of this but Joe handled it all and kept me calm as well. Lol. He is the very the nicest AND the most qualified Man I know to handle situations like these. I HIGHLY recommend him as a caring and Professional Attorney. I LOVE sharing good things when I come across them and HE'S the best! Oh, I almost forgot, my settlement was wonderful!
