I hired Daniel Ellis to represent me to appeal the denial of my access badge to the government facility where I had worked for nearly a year. It was emotional for me because there had been a huge turnover in my position. I was quickly targeted for dismissal and subjected to illegal procedures that violated my personal privacy. Daniel did a nice job of putting together a professional appeal, but since there was no secret clearance involved, my appeal was ignored and we were never granted a hearing. Daniel made several high level contacts through my case, but I was left with no job and my appeal shuffled aside and never addressed.
