Yes background as a practicing physician for many years in the emergency room, combined with his extensive experience defending care providers for many years, has provided him with a unbelievably sound and advantageous knowledge base. His humility, demeanor and approach (and sense of humor) make him a true joy to be around. If he will take your case, you should consider yourself very lucky.

I work as an independent legal consultant. I would like to highly recommend Dr Montgomery. He is the only attorney I have ever worked with that stressed legal ethics. (We sat down in his office before I took my first case home, and he would periodically mention that focus as I picked up other cases.) If more attorneys emphasized this, the legal profession would go a long way to improving their reputation. Adding to this, he and his staff had a strong rapport. There was a strong sense of mutual respect and caring making it also the warmest atmosphere I've ever worked in.
