He was contracted for closing a home sale. The house had been closed on twice within the past 6 years without difficulties. He created enormous turmoil and added costs. He then encouraged a lawsuit against the Title Insurance company to offset the costs incurred, but when contacted to proceed with the suit he stopped even replying to phone calls or emails over the course of several weeks. BEWARE!!
