Small town politics. I had an open case with them, accepted my money, and they never return my calls. Find a different lawyer.

My Dad hired this firm for his will and POA assignment. When Dad was diagnosed with dementia, I notified the law office. Even after receiving that info, this law firm still allowed Dad to walk in and change his documents even after doctors said he was “ no longer of sound mind and not able to make decisions”. My claim is not the only one out here on social media. Do your research before hiring this firm for Family Planning!

Having Paul Plant represent me was better than no representation at all, but he was definitely 'NOT' worth what I paid. I would not recommend him for probate court. I went over a year without hearing from him, received no updates and was not told what to expect.
