The closing process was not handled. The closing that was scheduled over a month in advance ended up getting pushed to the following week. Not one email my team sent to the title company was responded to or acknowledged. The bank that was involved in the closing was also extremely disappointed and not communicated with as well. I have worked with several closing companies and have never had an experience like this.
