I was looking at my first DUI offense and wasn’t sure what to do or where to turn. I was referred to the Law Offices of Thomas Maynard by a close friend who had previous experience with Thomas. Thomas and his associates handled my case with great care and got my case plead down to wreck-less endangerment. No jail time, no loss of licensure. I got probation and DUI education as a requirement of probation. I would highly recommend you reach out to Thomas if you’re ever facing a similar situation in Wilson county.

Absolute worst attorney for custody, would say things and not do them, nothing is urgent in his office. Horrible in the court room. Would not recommend to anyone havig issues with custody

Was recommended by a long time friend. Entire office was friendly and pleasant to deal with. The court had dates wrong on their end. Tony took it in stride and got my legal matters resolved.

I highly recommend Tony as an attorney. Not only does he truly fight for you and your case, but he fights for what YOU want the verdict to be and doesn’t settle for anything less than what you want. We had more than enough evidence to get the case completely thrown out, but I told Tony I did not want to take any chances with taking my case to trial with even the slightest possibility of losing and I would be ok with a smaller probationary period, no jail time, and a diversion. Tony does what YOU want despite what he knows he can do because he genuinely cares about satisfying your wants and needs. Without hiring Tony I could have ended up having 2 Felony charges, 6 years probation/1 year split with a total court cost of over $150,000. I left court with 2 misdemeanor charges, 2 years probation, no jail time and court cost of only $1,500, as well as, my diversion.
