I absolutely loved working with Hagar & Phillips. I have utilized them for two separate matters (custody and an adoption), and both Tiffany and Tracey were amazing. I hired them with very minimal understanding of what needed to happen once I retained them, and they broke everything down into a way that I could understand and walked me through the processes. Hagar & Phillips is very affordable and great to work with. I would recommend them (and have) to anyone needing a family law attorney. This firm will go above and beyond for you, while making you feel like part of the family.

They are very professional, reliable, and accountable.

My lawyer requested to use Tiffany for mediation. Bad experience, she wouldn't let my wife(step-mother) attend. Come to find out this is just her rule not a TN law. She talked down to me during the mediation and wouldn't let me talk, I barely could get any of my requests even heard. Even though I had a lawyer present, she kept interjecting her opinions. The other party did not have counsel present so my guess is she gave her legal advice. Somewhat biased against Fathers.
