I’ve known Mr. Hayes for years since he first represented me to clean up a bad divorce/custody arrangement made by a different attorney. He is the “bulldog” needed both in and out of courtroom. His personality is honest, forward, and no-nonsense but with compassion and understanding. He gave me the representation needed each time I had to take my ex to court about lack of child support or violating child custody orders. Mr. Hayes gave me confidence when I felt there was little hope. His support staff are wonderful and things are always done well and in a timely manner. I can’t write enough good things!

Mr. Whittle is one of the best attorneys in Wilson County, who actually cares about what happens to his clients. He represented my husband in a 2017 Criminal Court case and kept his best interest first priority throughout the case.
