Tyler Whitaker is a weak, lazy attorney. He had an easy case to win for me, but he laid down and did nothing. He will not work hard to defend you. His line to get you to hire him is, "I golf with Judge Kane." Let me tell you, this guy works for the state. He could have easily had my case dismisssed,but instead he made excuses and quit on me. If you want a do nothing quitter, then hire Tyler Whitaker. If you want a guy that will work hard to win your case, DO NOT HIRE Tyler Whitaker!

I was referred to the Whitaker Law Office by a well know lawyer that did not have the capacity to manage my case. When I met with Tyler over a year ago, I warned him that this would be an extremely difficult case to navigate and he agreed to help. That was over a year ago. He has been a true warrior throughout the entire process, professional and sound in judgement. Today we closed this chapter and I could not be more grateful. What gave me peace when I first met him was to understand that everything he does is filtered through the lens of his faith. I could say much more...but will leave with this. If there was the option to not leave any stars, that's what I would have done. Received a referral from another lawyer. Tried to get ahold of these people three times over a 2-week period, left messages with the receptionist and an answering service. Did not get one call back. I've alerted the lawyer that referred them, and will alert every human I know.... don't waste your time with these people. If they don't even have the common decency to return a phone call, how do you think your case will go with these people representing you ?!

Tyler and his entire staff is phenomenal! I could not be more thankful for all of the hard work and time he put into our case. He truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to communicate thoroughly through the entire process. I appreciate all the knowledge and help he did for me and my family.
