Friendly lawyers and staff

Had issues with ex wife and had to file modifications to our parenting plan. I’ve been now trying to get in touch with John Carroll since December because my ex wife is violating the parenting plan left and right. I’ve called and left messages and have been told he would call me back and have never heard a word. My ex wife continues to violate the parenting plan and I’m looking for another lawyer that will put my money to use and enforce the parenting plan for the safety and well being of my kids.

My friend was run out of his property deal because of John never getting around to doing his job. Would Never recommend to anyone. Unacceptable. He didn’t respond Once in 3 weeks!

Slow, unresponsive, would never recommend. I lost a property because of his terrible communication skills

This is the place to go if you have time to waste, don't need to meet strict deadlines, or just enjoy going back and forth with the front desk. We purchased a home and used this office for all the paperwork and it pushed us back an entire month. It took them 6 weeks to do what a good law office does in two. On top of that, we were scheduled to close, the lawyer left the office to go on vacation and took the paperwork with him! This left his receptionists scrambling trying to figure out if we could close on the house that day or not. We didn't know if we could close until 30 minutes before our scheduled time. It was an absolute joke and I would never trust this office to handle any legal matter.

He is an amazing family attorney . His partner attorney Jon Carroll amazing as well. The lady upfront whom I believe is a paralegal (don’t quote me,I may be wrong). It she is so nice and smart and amazing!

I have had the pleasure in dealing with the Honorable Tommy Doyle and the Honorable John Carroll and both were very professional and very responsive. I felt like they really cared about me and they gave me the feeling they were going to take care of everything. Mr. Carroll has helped me get charges dismissed and has helped me in various legal situations. He even picked me up on the side of the road and gave me a ride one night when my vehicle broke down! I also want to mention the two very nice ladies who did all the paperwork and and answered all of my questions, Mrs. Sharon and Mrs. Lisa. Great office staff!
