With respect to attorney Carroll, I have nothing positive to say. Poor communication, unresponsive, and terrible attorney-bedside manner. Multiple emails, multiple phone calls, and barely any responses. Responding to clients is the easy part of an attorney’s job and attorney Carroll continually drops the ball.
