Hired them for a criminal matter involving Cannabis after getting several recommendations for Mr Nichols. While not 'cheap,' it was certainly affordable as these things go. All my expectations were exceeded, and I would recommend them to anyone needing to deal with Loudon county courts.

I hired Brian for a divorce, that I just knew would be very ugly. From my first meeting with him he was honest and upfront. He told me what to expect and didn't give me false hope, or just tell me what I wanted to hear to get my business. Angela was and has been amazing through the entire ordeal. If I had any questions she always took the time to answer them, being aware that this was all new to me. She was compassionate, caring, and fought for what I wanted. I couldn't ask for a better team. I would defiantly recommend them for ANY legal issue. I hope I don't, but if I ever need an attorney in the future they will be my FIRST call!

I hired Bryan back in March, I was told his office was good. And professional. After hiring him he told me he would let me know the next court date, after I drove 1500 miles up to Tennessee, since then I called and asked for him to call me like he said to discuss my case. Never got a call just a court date 5 months away. We are less than 2 1/2 weeks away and I still have yet to hear from him. I call his office and am told they will pass my message on for information and get a call over 10 times in the last month. Never once received a call. So thousands of dollars later I’m worried that I made a huge mistake. And am worried I will have to hire another attorney. I’ve only dealt with attorneys a few times in my life but each time the professionalism was always amazing and the outcome worth and great for the money spent. Bryan has cost me roughly the same for my past experiences yet I feel as if I’m dealing with a public defender. I’m not entirely sure if maybe this is just how things are done in Tennessee and the two people who referred me and all the reviews online are 100% accurate and real reviews or if I just made a mistake but I can’t wait until the day before my court date to find that out. I hope I’m wrong but I can’t possibly know with never getting a call back or knowing anything. I fear being from out of state I’m just a back burner to his firm. That’s my experience I will update with an outcome.
