James a rose is a non caring lawyer, he was assigned to my granddaughter case and never kept in touch or returned phone calls, dcs dismissed our case and he calls out of nowhere telling me he's going to petition the court to remove my granddaughter from our home cause they made a mistake and he's going to put my two year young baby granddaughter in foster care. Keep in mind dcs has tried to contact him to inform him the end results and he wasn't responding to their continuous phone calls. I even tried calling him and he called with threats 12/16 / 02. The evil people do for money cause he could give two fks about my granddaughters well being. Juvenile court hired him.
