Can't even get a simple piece of paper or copy of settlement so I get another place. Talk about archaic as they won't even email it. I would give them zero if I could.

I don't think they even deserve one star because I can not get them to answer the phone and without a paper from them i will never be able to get my credit fixed nor will i be able to get into another apt or buy a car.. they have screwed me over. They need to be shut down!

They are the most rudest people i ever seen. They tried to garnish my bank account. They have lazy people work in their office. Why it took 2 days for them to get a balance. Then he was rude about that. They are idiots.

Todd, is by far the rudest person ever. He makes it his business to let you know he will not help you, he doesn't care if you are homeless or jobless, he'll threatened you with court. I don't make much and I tried to have my payments lowered, he wouldn't lower my payments. I can NOT wait until I am done paying these people off. I was late sending in my payment for Feb and I just grouped Feb and March together. I called to inform the office and he told me that my case has already been picked up and there is nothing he can do about it. and hung up. The absolute WORST.

Horrible experience it took 3 times to call until I had to deliberately tell them to let me talk to a person. The guy was the most absurdly rude person I have ever talked to over the phone. He talked to me like I was his adolescent son....extremely unprofessional.....and this is supposed to be a law firm.

Horrible communications methods. Disorganized and rude. Continuously garnished account after arrangement was made and paid, then stated they have no record of the payment arrangement.
