Great lawyer and secretaries are very friendly

Mr. Smith is an exceptional lawyer and an good, decent, honest man. I would recommend him to friends and family.

They dont quit

I have read a summons this "practice" has sent & NONE of the "factual background" correct!!! This "practice" needs to QUIT NOW!!!! Pure slander & being an attorney- they should know better! DO NOT USE!!!! Update: This is not my situation- I KNOW the facts & your representation of what your client has told you is going to make you look like you don't do your research in front of a jury- Thank you!

Mr. Holt Smith allows his secretarys to run a family practice from his malpractice office. He tries to play doctor and attorney and he has personally attacked me over the phone as trying to label me as bipolar. He nor his employees are professional nor courteous. I am in the process of trying to tun his practice into a bar association. You know it's bad when his own employees give themselves good employee reviews 37 times on the reviews. Roane State does not even suggest that. If if wasnt for conflict of interest practice, they would not have a practice. They stold from me, lied on me and then tried to diagnose me. They should be shut down. Forge and fraud.
