My mother used Jason Rose for her estate case a few months ago. He met with her once, collected his $$ and was HORRIBLE. He never met with her again. She was sent papers to sign but was never advised over what to do/what not to do. He went months without talking to her. She called, texted, emailed.. nothing. Thought the case was closed and she found out there are STILL outstanding paperwork and the estate has not been closed. She has tried contacting the office multiple times and is always given the receptionist/assistant and never gets answers. I would not recommend this firm to anyone after all the hell she has been through. He did nothing for her and did not represent her the way she should have and it caused MAJOR problems with this case.

These lawyers are amazing. They handled my case quite well, the office lady was kind and charismatic. Jason gets straight to business and will make sure that your case is handled properly.

Daphne Moffatt agreed to mediate in my divorce. She cancelled 2 weeks before the mediation and never told me. I had to call her office to verify after hearing from the opposing counsel that Daphne cancelled. The woman on the phone at her office was rude, short, and hung up on me. There was a conflict of interest on her end. She took a case against the party she just agreed to mediate with. A phone call to inform me would have been too much to ask, maybe. Incapable, careless? Dare to find out for yourself? Hire her.
