Inconsistent quality of service and communication
“My mother used Jason Rose for her estate case a few months ago. He met with her once, collected his $$ and was HORRIBLE. He never met with her again. She was sent papers to sign but was never advised over what to do/what not to do. He went months without talking to her.”

“Daphne Moffatt agreed to mediate in my divorce. She cancelled 2 weeks before the mediation and never told me. I had to call her office to verify after hearing from the opposing counsel that Daphne cancelled. The woman on the phone at her office was rude, short, and hung up on me. There was a conflict of interest on her end. She took a case against the party she just agreed to mediate with.”
