I guess i didn't realize he only works for divorcee's, because its so hard to get a win for a woman in a divorce, LOL. Likes to ask you questions then won't listen to answer, basically wants you to be his paralegal, i'm not a lawyer. I'm here to get legal answers. Like a plumber, "So what's the problem?" "Well the toilet is...." "I don't have time to hear about this now, I've worked on sinks, but never toilets, not sure how i will figure it out? Are you wanting to divorce your toilet and take all his crap with you? because you found a new toilet that isn't out working to pay for everything all the time and you feel sad while spending all its money while sitting on every other toilet in town? I can do that. What you need to do is learn all about toilets, read all the manuals pass the master plumber test and then report back to me what you found out, I can see you in a few weeks, mmk?" "Ok, a few weeks till you can hear about my toilet?...but yes that's why i'm calling", I'd like to make an appt." "Ok" then hangs up on you. Good to know that all people in East TN, are slow witted, lazy, rude, lack critical thinking skills and think morals, character and bathing is optional. Put down the case of natural light cans and pick up a book every now and then. Nevermind, it won't help.

If I were able to give Mike a 10/10 I would. He took on my case last minute, rearranging his own schedule to help me. He listened to me thoroughly and he took over from that point forward. This attorney knows the law. He is witty and firm and most importantly he supports and fights for his clients aggressively. He communicates effectively with his clients keeping them in the loop. He isnt hard to contact if you have questions or concerns which is a rarity. I would highly recommend Mike Hickman as an attorney that you can trust to take care of you! Look no where else!

What a great Attorney and Office Staff. I'm in a bit of a pickle but in business law which as we all know is like a 2nd language. Mr. Hickman met with me and was very casual but firm , but spoke to me in a language , we as non law people , I understood. Usually any law firm visit is stressful and when you leave , are now more confused as before. He speaks a common way that is not only comforting and welcomed , but factual and firm and I genuinely appreciated 100% of it. Nicole , who you will or would speak with if you call to set an appointment, is truly excellent. Not only is she working on a new face for the practice but tons of things that we won't see right away. Helpful and easy to talk to , doesn't make it feel like your coming in to get teeth pulled but like you matter , your questions matter , everything matters. I simply wanted to get this out there if around Maryville , or Knox ( worth the drive ) give Mr Hickman at least a shot at looking at what you have going on.
