They take forever but will get you a little something. If you hire them be realistic as it may take months or more for a settlement. It may be months and you don’t hear from them but they probably working on it as they are busy. You have to be proactive for your own updates. They are nice enough people though.

Received a moving violation for a simple U-Turn!
The Chiozza Law Firm went to 201 so I didn't have to. I simply sent them a text message with a picture of the ticket and they said we will get it taken care of. The ticket was dismissed at cost.
