After having a very disappointing experience with the first attorney we hired to defend my husband in a DUI charge, we did our research and Mr. Curry was very highly recommended. Now I know why. My husband's case was unique in that he is a combat war veteran who has been diagnosed and treated for PTSD related to trauma sustained as a bomb hunter in the war. After undergoing 3 months of intensive treatment in the VA CDT and PTSD inpatient programs, my husband needed someone who would go to bat for him and vigorously defend him in a DUI charge he received when suffering from a severe PTSD flashback/ blackout & blood pressure episode. Jim Curry went above and beyond what we ever expected or asked of him and received a very favorable outcome for my husband that will allow him to continue his recovery and be a father to our 3 young boys. I think most of the time in the legal world (and I know- I am a paralegal) clients are overcharged and underrepresented. NOT SO AT ALL in this case. I feel that Mr. Curry was owed much more than our initial retainer fee because he worked so hard in his zealous representation of my husband, but he refused to take another dime from us. Jim Curry gave my husband his life back and you can't put a price on that. Our family will be forever grateful to him.

Mr Curry is a compassionate man with the ability to get the job done with positive results. He was able to clear my record and has always been honest and up front with what was going on. Unfortunately, I have recently had to hire him again, and God willing it looks like I will not have to be labeled a felon, which we all know creates so much opposition. He took special time to communicate with my parents and always believed in me so long as I am doing my part! He is a master at his art.
