Poor communication and lack of responsiveness
“No communication, was handling my case for 3 years. Talked to the lawyer maybe 4 times within that period, once he thought that the case wasn't winnable just stop contacting me all together even after I left several messages begging for him to call me back.”

Rude and unprofessional behavior
“The rudest lawyer I have ever talked to. First off he called us with an attitude. I was looking for the paperwork to read it to him he was rushing me. Asked him how he was doing he continues to have an attitude and rush me. Doesn't even ask how I'm doing. I told him he was being rude and he hung up in my face.”

Lack of attention and care for client's case
“I am so disappointed that I hired this firm. I should have followed my first instinct. To keep it short I will give this firm a zero. They did not care for my case and revealed it in the end. For three long years dragging my case. A Slip and fall case. I wasn't quite sure until the end just who they were working for. Certainly not me.”
