A man run a stop sign and hit my wife totaling our 2 month old car with only 1400mi on it. That afternoon the phone started ringing with people wanting us to come to their clinics to be examined. I was very skeptical of all these people but I did want my wife to be checked out. We gave it a shot. The clinic helped her with some of the soreness and introduced her to a legal aid from Mogy Law Firm. My wife just wanted it all to end and be over with. She was willing to to suffer the loss of our $10,000 down payment and break even on our medical. But Mogy came through. We got a surprise phone call 4 months later telling us that we were receiving a check and it would make us just about break even (not including my wife's incurable emotional trauma). Excellent news! Now we can afford to put it down payment on a another car for my wife. She deserves it. Thank you Mogy! I'm sorry I doubted you!

The staff was amazing Upfront and Honest about everything pertaining to my health and status along with the physical therapy that helped me get back on my feet. They took care of me and my Fiance 💯 Most definitely impressed with the way the case was settled.

Never give updates when you need to know the status of something no one ever knows what’s going on. When you settle on a case they lie and say information has been sent and approved but they haven’t even sent them. Very awful service!!!
