With the CW Attorneys, I was pleased with the work they did for me. They knew the law very well. It was the Allstate attorneys who dragged the process on for five years, even considering covid. They accused my doctor of lying and me of reading from notes, which were both false. Boo on Allstate. The offer they gave was paltry considering my injury will affect me for a lifetime.

Working with this firm was great. My paralegal, Kristy Skirvin, was incredible! She walked me through the entire process with ease and a type of kindness you don't see too often. She made me and my case feel important and answered my barrage of questions with such care and patience. I cannot recommend Rainwater Holt & Sexton enough. They took care of me over these last two years and treated me like family. Either my attorney Eric or my paralegal Jenn would call to check on me and provide an update monthly. I hope I never need to use them again, but if I do I know who to call!

I was involved in an accident with an 18-wheeler. The insurance company offered me money almost immediately after the accident and I called the Reaves Law Firm to ask their opinion. They told me that the offer was way too low and that they thought I deserved a lot more. My lawyer was so responsive and walked me through the whole process. We ended up settling for almost three times the amount I was offered at first. Thanks Henry and the Reaves Law Firm!
