Phil Harvey, I have to say that Google ratings led me to a great decision. I was unfortunate enough to cross paths with the folks of the Madison Co. Sheriff's dept. I was completely "from out of state", I didn't know a soul in Jackson Tennessee. Long story short I was charged with a dui, had never been in trouble in my life, I picked Phil strictly on his Google rating...he had a 5, and wow did he deserve it. Again long story short, Phil guided me through the mess that you must go through. Let me say that Phil literally treats you like a friend right from the start, he worked with me, he did his magic with the DA, and my charges were dropped.I ended up with a slap on the wrist. I also got to see Phil try another case, much more serious than mine, and let me tell you, if it was easy, everyone would do it. He is very talented at his job, he has a calming way about him...which I needed. He listens to everything you have to say, very professional yet like a said, like a friend in your corner. He also employs a wonderful staff, which is Alexis, she is great as well, I think she keeps it all running smoothly. Phil deserves 5 stars, I hope you see this and it helps you. I can say that he earned his 5 star rating. Great all around.

Mr. Phil Harvey and his staff are all top notch. They are very honest and committed to their clients. He fought for me and justice. When things looked bleak he stood by me and in the end we won our case. He will stick to his word and fight for you. Best lawyer in west Tennessee right here.

Phil went above and beyond to resolve my case. No questions were left unanswered which greatly helped for a first offence. Can't recommend him enough if you are unfamiliar with the court process

Phil and his team were amazing in helping me out with their services! They were nice and very professional. He got me out of a bind and was able to clear it up with the courts without any court cost! If you’re looking for someone to represent you I would highly recommend Phil and his team!
