I called back in June 2023. I fell on the sidewalk connected to Krystal. Before I could get off the phone they said they couldn't help me. I will never call them again

Couldn't even talk to an actual lawyer. Tried to say she was a doctor too🤣. As soon as they found out another firm wouldn't take my case they wouldn't take it either. I'll file it my damn self!!!

This is just another attorney taking a cut of what you get for damages . They use the same local attorney that you can get for yourself. And save yourself a ton of money because your attorney still gets his cut. The lawyers they get are usually very inexperienced. They only take the simplest, guaranteed to win cases. But beware, they can mess with you and your case enough to wear you cannot litigate it because of their inexperience

Please stop running the commercials with the guy sniveling and whining about "now we're doing ok". Ray seems like he's got a lot of practice fake crying like some sort of professional settlement seeker jumping out of the car holding his neck telling the kiddos to say they're hurt. Thanks for making insurance rates jump for everyone existing and not looking for a pay out with help from a legal industry sweatshop.

Was treated like a nobody, that didn't even deserve a phone call from the attorney. Was given misleading information and never a straight answer to my questions by staff or attorney. Spent approximately 10 months asking same questions, making same requests, and asking to speak with attorney to no avail. In the end, my concerns, requests, and questions were totally ignored and I never got the response or assistance I needed from staff or attorney. It was more like dealing with a poorly run Insurance Company rather than a Law Firm. All law firms are not the same and i should have called a different attorney. That wouldn't have taken advantage of me after sustaining a brain injury. It wasn't till months later that I realized what I had signed, but by then we had already settled. At the time, that anything was ever signed i wasn't even in a fit state to make a legal or financial decision. But, the mistake was made and now have to live with the outcome. Given my experience I wish my family had called a different law firm. I was only able to get one 5 minute phone call with attorney in over 12 months after about 6 months with law firm. Got no calls or responses from attorney for all other requests and phone appointments. So, basically that one and only phone call with attorney cost me about $20,000/minute. At this point I feel that Morgan&Morgan misled and took advantage of me in my time of need. Finally, was never given an actual reason why final check was delayed and only found out on my own after the fact. Like, finding a copy of a lien in envelope with final check for less than what's on final closing statement. Any good law firm would have informed their client of the lien and send a updated closing statement. Anyone would expect to be keep informed by a law firm but just like everything else with this law firm it never happened.

I want to personally thank Morgan and Morgan for their help in my time of need. I didn’t know what to do or how to do it! I was moved to call because I knew I needed a certain expertise in this matter. I want to thank this law firm for assisting me in my time of need . I am truly grateful for everything they did for me ! I can see clearly now that the rain has gone !The sun is shining again!
