Customer service and employee attitude

Me. Horne reached out to me because I was in a car accident. He was very unprofessional and I wish I would’ve went through someone else. I barely heard from him and he neglected to keep me updated on my case. When I did speak with him he was very nonchalant and had an attitude. Also, he stretched my case out for months for him to only get me little to nothing back. I was very disappointed and upset. My biggest regret so far, but a lesson well learned.
