I'm still confused about how the process works.

Despite leaving messages for updates for the Memphis location since April 2023, to have the attorney handling ******* ****** vs. ***** give us a call, it has yet to happen. It is John Morgan’s story about his personal experience of the judicial system fail his family that compelled me to hire Morgan & Morgan in the first place. Had I known that we would be handled in this manner I would not have chosen this practice for representation. Even more so had I known going in that the fee is 40% of recovery I would’ve chosen Chiozza at 25% There are many smaller, responsive, reputable law firms here in Memphis, TN. I’m definitely regretting my decision. I can only hope and pray that it doesn’t bite me in the butt.

I am doing physical therapy now at Sports Plus once and twice a week. These are the pictures from my phone. As you can see they had to put towels down because it was a lot of water coming through the windows.
