The Mogy law firm was amazing. They were always available when I needed a question answered, and worked diligently to resolve my case. Did I mention that they were able to get me top dollar! I will use them again in the future.

Mogy law helped me in a time of crisis after getting rear-ended and seeing my wife being carted off, it was a horrible experience that they turned around. The insurance company wanted to give us nothing but Mogy did not let that happen! Thank you Mogy law firm!!!

Didn’t want to leave a bad review but the way this law firm operates is completely ridiculous and I feel like I should inform others to not let them represent you. Communication was terrible throughout the duration of my case, although they were able to settle fairly quickly that wasn’t the problem. The problem came into play when it was time for me and my children to receive our payment. First they sent our checks through regular mail,which was super weird. Somehow my checks were lost after waiting 20 days to receive. Spoke wit Mr Mogy, who is completely rude and obnoxious and asked him to stop payment because I didn’t receive the checks and requested he re issue the checks and perhaps overnight them in which he said no but would do a 2 day fed ex. I said ok. Once I received the checks, I noticed it was a reprint not a reissue so the checks were dated near expiration,I then deposited them into my account and my bank couldn’t get the checks verified so a hold was placed on my bank account and I then called back and couldn’t get any answers nor was anyone able to get the checks verified. So now I have to wait another week after waiting nearly a month just to get the checks cleared. If you can possibly seek different representation do it because they are completely unorganized and Mr Eric mogy is extremely rude with a antagonistic personality. The only helpful person I encountered at this firm was a lady name Bianca other then that, my experience with them was a complete nightmare. This is to inform people not to slander the firm, only speaking from my experience respectfully
