Mr. Mogy did not do good job handling my case at all. Would not return my calls, and finally sent me a letter stating he could not help me after 9 months of stringing me along. I talked to his receptionists and most of them never knew if he was evening coming into the office. He has an office but seems to never be in it. Does not return messages marked urgent. I was wondering at one point was I scammed and was he really a lawyer. Please use another lawyer!
