Brett and his Legal Assistant Lisa both worked very hard to resolve our case, They are both professional, thorough, and work to make sure you get the best settlement possible. I would recommend Brett and Lisa to anyone needing legal assistance in the areas in which they practice!

Brett is on top of his game and extremely professional, and his knowledge and experience were incredibly evident. He is extremely thorough, and sensitive to his clients unique circumstances. He made sure that we had all the support we needed, worked directly with all our health care providers, and handled every minute legal detail fully. Of course he made sure we were properly treated by the liable party and we were satisfied with our settlement. But Brett's personal concern, communication, and integrity is what helped us a most through a difficult time, as the case took over a year due to the medical care needed. Mr. Hughes has been & continues to be professional, knowlegeable and very easy to talk to & understand. My husband and I are dealing with some issues with our young adult son and he has been amazing all the way through. He has kept us informed of every possible outcome and explains things to us where we can make the best decision on how to proceed in the best interest of our son as well as ourselves. He answer's every email or call as soon as possible & makes us feel like we are his only clients. My son's issues are drug related with some traffic violations as well. The legal system would be totally overbearing without his guidance.
