Settled for 23K let’s just say I left with over 7,000 less than that . You will get charged a fee for EVERYTHING . Copy & print and for them using a 3rd party to get stuff I could’ve requested at $0 . Had to contact St Francis MYSELF only to find out st Francis charged me because they sent stuff that had NOTHING to do with the wreck now they are working on refunding me because it shouldn’t have been sent . Worse experience ever , and to think I wanted to refer my grandmother to them for help with her disability claim ABSOLUTELY not . So yes the insurance company settles for a decent amount but everything is taken in the end . I left that office so down because I missed out on a job opportunity and wanted to take this opportunity to get another vehicle and makeup for missing out on that . Almost 7 months for nothing . Very disappointed and heartbroken

I have been fighting back pain for 6 yrs now! I just want to thank kim🙏🏻 for helping me to get everything i needed. Once again it was such a blessing.
