They promised me $20,000.00. I told them i wouldn't expect anything less. But the people at this place did not fight for me or my pain and suffering and i only $2,500.00. even after i told them to keep going

Shannon Elsea spoke to me every single time that I called after he was assigned my case when the other attorney left. He got me everything I was entitled to and treated me like a person...not a number

Did they get the job done? Yes. Did I win the case? Yes. But the service was absolutely horrible to deal with. This case went on for 11 months and I don’t care how long it took, but I couldn’t get anyone to talk to me about the process. I hadn’t heard from anyone in a couple months so I called and emailed countless times, left voicemails, etc and no one would get back to me. They just kept blowing me off, said they would get back to me, sent me through to voicemail, told me to send an email... I just wanted to know where my case stood. All they needed to do was get back to me and touch base.
