I was represent by Mr. Wharton previously and reached out for a consultation again and the ball was completely dropped. My mother initially reached out to them for me in June and they reached out shortly after but I missed the called. I called twice after that leaving voicemails each time with my phone number and no one reached back out. It is October now and I was hoping to try to get a consultation again and the lady that answered the phone was very rude continuously cut me off and made it seem like it was my fault for the lack of contact saying I didn’t try to reach out again when I wasn’t even trying to place the blame on anyone initially. She was very unprofessional and was not empathetic to the situation at all.

This law firm is 1 out of a millón I will say treats there customers as family. Mr.Andrea has been assisting my family with legal issues for many years. He even helped provided help for my mental illed son. Great law firm and all staff member are carring and welled mannered .

Rude! Called to inquire about them taking my case. I was cut off and basically treated as I was below them. Unprofessional and not a way to treat prospective clients.

I called and said im trying to find lawyer to take my case. Before I could even say what I calling for I was cut off and told "I can tell we can't help so I don't want to go any further wasting your time saying what's going on". The only thing I can receive from that is racism from white man hearing a black person's voice

Ms. Wharton and her staff made sure I had a thorough understanding of the whole process, made sure I understood my options, and held my hand all the way. I had never been in a court room before and she made it a quick and benign process. I can’t believe it’s over with no pain. I really appreciate how nice it was working with her and her staff.

I was referred to Andre Wharton by a friend that used him previously, however I spoke to Mrs. Ruby before speaking to Andre; let’s just say She is a mom/ grandmother before she is an attorney! Mrs. Ruby will tell you the truth about what you should have done and what you need to do! I highly respect her for that !Not what I wanted to hear but definitely what I needed to hear! So disregard the reviews of her being rude she’s just being your mom and attorney at the same time! It’s takes a village Right!!
