I WAS ACTUALLY REFERRED TO THIS LAW FIRM IN REFERENCE TO A SEXUAL HARASSMENT CASE OVER A YEAR AGO! HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE SINCE... JUST HOPE IT WAS WORTH THE $250 PAID. IN ADDITION, EVEN IF YOU COULD NOT HANDLE MY CASE, YOU SHOULD'VE AT LEAST HAD RESPECTFULLY SAID SO! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Mr. Robert Donati Law, PLLC MEMPHIS, TN, was the only law firm that genuinely assisted and accommodated me and several others in my family in receiving SSI for our several disabilities. Since 2016, I had been trying to establish my social security and all thru 2023, when I tried to do it either on my own or through big named law firms like "Rain Water Holten Sexton" twice and 3 other big wig law firms, who barely tried to help and left me out to dry after the first denial and never asked me if I wanted to appeal; it time I got denied and most of the time the social security office was looking at my age, education, and doctors notes/decisions; even though I had all the proof for years, I was still Denied, Denied, Denied!!!! I had recently been in 3 terrible car accidents which let me with permanent damage in which none of my main doctors could see and in July of 2023 I was hospitalized by 2 different hospitals. A Neurologist at UAMS intially wanted to send me home with no diagnosis and basically tried to tell me that what I been experiencing was all mental and chronic illness all because they never read my chart. Mr. Robert Donati personally asked for me to have a Nerve Conduction Study test and soon discovered I had a sever never condition, which proved it was never in my mind!!! All in all I just want to say thank you Robert Donati Law Firm for never giving up on me and always treated me with respect. Truly heaven sent!!! If you are someone who is in need of Dire assistance trying to establish their "SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS" it's an absolute 💯 👌 🔥 👍 🙌 must that you hire Robert Donati Law Firm because they really do help save lives!!! I live in Little Rock, Arkansas and if it wasn't for my big cousin Shannon Tucker, who introduced me to the "DONATI LAW FIRM" in Memphis, TN and I my life would have ended in tragedy 😢 💔 😔 😞 😳. So all praises 👏 🙌 to Jehovah first for sending Mr. Robert Donati and his entire Staff, because they see you genuinely as " A PERSON NOT A PAYCHECK"!!!!

Hired Donati Law firm after being denied numerous times, finally got a letter of Fully Favorable after my third denial. Have to give firm a 10 thumbs up...

I truly wish I had the experience everyone else had on their reviews. I did not. I had my attorney for 1 year. I had approximately 3-4 very short less than 5 minute phone calls. They went over 3 months without contacting me at all. I had to call them and give them updates on my case. I did all the leg work myself for my case. Once completed, they were ready to get paid. I thought Donati Law stood on integrity. I was wrong. As I reflect over my case, The only reason Donati Law was paid is because they were associated with my case. Not, because of actual time and effort put into my case. The right thing to do would have been to contact me and negotiate what would have been a fair Fee Settlement amount for the minimum amount of time dedicated to my case. My case is done and closed, thanks to my efforts. I still have not heard from Donati Law as of this posting.

They have a friendly staff and they really fight to make sure that you get the help that you need.
