I was recommended to Jeff by a close friend of mine, as soon as she contacted him (which was at 9 at night on a Saturday) he immediately reached back out and even went out of his way on the weekend to look into the case. The following morning he called me, which was a Sunday & he gave me so much good advice…honest advice! Also could have taken my money because I was beyond willing to give it but since my sisters case was being transferred to MS. This is my first time using an attorney. The quality is poor. The attorney will attempt to settle out of court and not update clients about their cases. The attorney will take you to task as if you are not the Plaintiff and the attorney will slight you for providing much detail and the attorney will slight you if you know the structure of proceedings. The business is unreliable and has relied on conspiracy to play in opposition of their client. They will try to tire you so that they can charge you and kill your credit; in order to get the most money out of situations. I presume that I will even get more support from the defendant now that I have withdrawn this attorney. This office is unsupportive and lack remorse for victims.
