My Husband is still in Mexico with a lifelong permanent bar with no appeal because mr Silva did not understand the law or rule of retraction nor explain the consequences. He told us we could get a waiver if we were denied and be home in six months. Had we known there was a chance that he could be permanently barred from the US my husband who had waited 18 years for this interview never would have left. This has been the most horrific agonizing 5 months of our lives I strongly suggest if you need a person who is extremely knowledgeable in a complex situation you do your research because this was avoidable. I worked with Tony for my green card application through an Extraordinary Ability Visa. My situation was complicated due to having been on a J-1 visa for a couple of years.
