I contacted him last minute about my speeding ticket and luckily I was able to hire him to represent me. It was literally 30min before I had to be in court and was able to get my ticket thrown out. He was polite and profesional. I would absolutely recommend him. The best I ever spent.

Words can’t describe the feelings of getting a speeding ticket while have a CDL & is your career. He informed of how strict Memphis is when it comes to speeding and having a CDL, also gave information of many avenues we can take to get this matter resolved in my favor. He called a day before my set court date and informed me that this case will be dismissed with no cost !!!!! Couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommend him for more than just a speeding ticket !!!!

Tim Francavilla is an A+++ attorney. Had a minor problem that nobody had ever heard of happening to anyone and he jumped on it & got it fixed quickly. He was quick to respond to me and was very reassuring. I am a huge worrier if things aren't going right and he took time out of his personal schedule at night to talk to me about it and had it fixed the next day. I would recommend him above anyone else.
