I sent an online request to schedule a consultation in the middle of the night, because I couldn't sleep so worried about my situation. It was immediately replied to at 6:30 am the next morning. Not only are they prompt, but dreading the possible negative phone conversation I was about to have was pointless. Their extensive knowledge, family value, and personal comfort given are all immeasurable in comparison to other firms. They should have a 10 star rating. Highly recommend

Mark McDaniel Jr. provided excellent representation for my daughter. Despite my rantings at times, he patiently listened. Both Mark Jr. and Kim were both professional and great to work with considering the situation.

I was in a very scary situation when I had gotten charged with a serious domestic felony. I had never been on the other side of the law and didn’t know what to do, all from a false police report that was made against me. I can say it was meant for me to call Mr. McDaniel, because him and his family (Mrs. Kim and Mr. Mark Jr) were with me every step of the way during this long process. They really made me feel like family and were very fair. Long story short, the McDaniel Law Firm got my case dismissed and my charges expunged. I’m so grateful to have met them. After we paid the full amount asked, McDaniels took us up to the court date, told her to plead guilty, and then refused to handle anything else. We called the office and explained that there was a hang up with some paperwork that would not allow the process to move forward. His office told us that we would have to call another Lawyer to finish the process. I would not recommend these people to anyone.

Mark Daniel, Jr. did a great job of appearing on my behalf for a minor traffic violation and was able to get the ticket dismissed without any court costs. And the ticket will not appear on my driving record. Thanks for a great job Mark. And Kimberly was a great help in helping me coordinate with Mark. Great folks, with big hearts for their clients and the community.

Kim and Mark were amazing to work with. They were both always very pleasant, polite, and yet straight forward with me. Everytime I spoke with them they did exactly what they told me they would do and promptly. I reside several states away from Tn so I had to completely rely on them to handle a CDL violation and they did not let me down. They even called me immediately after they left court and gave me my outcome. I was beyond impressed...COMPLETELY DISMISSED!!! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need. I’m from New Orleans and I needed a lawyer at the spur of the moment. Beings that my travel time back and forth was limited, I called multiple lawyers through google with practically no answer. Kim answered and immediately was a breathe of fresh air and I was at the McDaniel Firm within 5 minutes. If I recall correctly, it was already 3:30 in the afternoon! Knowing that I was about to hit the highway, she fed me out of their fridge and gave me drinks and continued to try to feed me. Even called me back to return before I left!
