Great Law Firm !! I had less than 8 hours til my court appears for my ticket i reach out to this firm through an referral they accepted my case i meet the attorney at my court appears @5pm. 15 mins later dismissed and expunged ! Will use AGAIN hopefully in the future

Very pleased with the McDaniel Law firm!
I had a traffic ticket for following too closely behind. They helped to give me a free consultation, explain some details of the insurance claim and offered me a flat fee to help represent me in court.
Ultimately they appeared in court on my behalf, and helped to dismiss my ticket without court costs!
An amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommend.

The McDaniel Law firm was very professional and thoughtful in legal services they provided to my mother. The Assoicate Attorney that handled our case, Jake Weatherford, was an excellent communicator and laid a plan for resolving our dispute. Mostly, heled us get a favorable resolution. I owe mr frankvilla my life I was in a situation that was could have possibly put me away for a very long time Mr Frankvilla was patient understanding and there for me every step of this process he worked with me on my retainer even went with me to court to ask Judge for time to get him the retainer. Mr Frankvilla got me a deal where I can potentially have my record cleared after I complete the requirements and kept me out and free to be with my family.
