Mark had to fight my charge for a long time because I refused to plead guilty, and the entire time Mark made me feel like I had a friend—a legal friend—fighting in my corner. Mark is a skilled, 10 out of 10 attorney and legal advisor, and his retainer fee was very reasonable. I will always be grateful for how the negotiations he did for me changed the trajectory of my life. I would have lost my job and had a criminal record had I been found guilty, but after Mark’s hard work, the case was (rightfully) dismissed and expunged.

I am so grateful that I found the McDaniel Law Firm to handle my son's case. He was charged with simple possession/misdemeanor. Got my charges expunged within 5 months couldve been quicker just had too much goin on at the time
