Mr. Stegall had my case dismissed. I was accused of stealing a motor vehicle that was a potential felony. He worked expeditiously and had my case expunged without my asking. He worked diligently and was the best money I have ever spent on an attorney. He is a man of his word and will work hard to defend you through out the life of your case. I highly, highly recommend him. Great results. I could not have asked for more.

Was the worse lawyer I ever had . Paid him to represent my son... filed wrong motion. Talked to my son once . Took 1900 of my hard earned money and went on vacation. I notified him that a reconsideration motion was denied. I didn't pay him to file this motion but a rule 21. No chance for my son now. Sentenced to 10 years. Paid him to do what he wanted to do, not what I paid him to do.
Yes stick to traffic tickets. He did refund 400 guess he felt bad

I needed an attorney to represent me in a matter & retained Patrick Stegall. He was very honest in the possible outcomes that I could expect - he was tireless in pursuing the best outcome for me and though it took a bit longer than either of us expected (no fault of his at all) we achieved a better than I expected outcome. Without him representing me, things would definitely not have ended so positive - my advice, read the reviews as they don’t lie. He’s the best as far as I’m concerned!!

I submitted an online request around noon on Sunday and he responded by email, we talked on the phone, and I retained him for my arraignment that was on Monday at 9:00am. He met me at 8:30am to talk about my case, then represented me for my arraignment and then my court date about a month later. He was able to accomplish everything that we had hoped for: my case dismissed, my record expunged, and my property back. I couldn't have asked for a better representation!

Patrick made the law clear for me when I was faced with some very serious felony charges. I approached some other lawyers with the same issue, and like many, they were vague about their own abilities and the possible outcome of the case. Patrick kept me informed throughout the whole process, and reached the best possible outcome in my case. I would not think twice about recommending him to anyone needing a criminal defense attorney in Memphis and its surrounding areas. He truly is one of the best in the city.

I contacted Mr.Stegall two days before my court date. He responded right away to my email. He assured me I would not be going to jail. He handled my case very professionally and I was very happy with the outcome. I know that if I did not have Mr. Stegall on my case I would have gone to jail. If your looking for a lawyer in the north mississippi/south memphis area he is the guy you want.
