Susan Hinsley was my attorney for my recent divorce and I am so grateful for her! She and her colleagues were fantastic to work with- incredibly prompt, answered every single one of my neurotic questions along the way, and held my hand through the entire process. My ex was not always cooperative, but they still managed to get our divorce finished in under 75 days using the Collaborative method. No divorce is pleasant, but this was far faster, cheaper and easier than going through mediation or litigation. Additionally, they were able to work up a shared custody agreement for our dog, which is not something that one can normally do with standard divorces. I would (and have!) unequivocally recommended this firm, and especially Ms. Hinsley, to anyone seeking a divorce or custody issues, and would not hesitate to hire them again.
