Very compassionate, honest and hard working!

I am stillna client. My issue is that I never receive any updates unless I initiate th call. Even then, it is difficult to reach anyone and phone calls are infrequently returned; sometimes rudely. If you can't give regular updates, then you should have a portal where one can check on the status of one's case. My case has been working since August and the only time I have heard from anyone, was to request information. I would love to have some idea how long this process may take, even if only in general terms. Or, just to be kept informed every step of the process. Rev. Dr. Dave A.
